The World of Psychopathic Acting Leaders (PALs)

There is an abundance of professional psychopaths and sociopaths in the upper reaches of government, big business, and religious organizations. (There are also narcissists at this level, as many CEOs are narcissists.) Experts indicate that 1% of people are BORN as psychopaths with the inability to process emotions, to feel guilt, shame, or remorse for anything they do as they lie, cheat, steal, deceive, and kill, just as naturally as others breathe, all while considering themselves perfect in every way, pretending to be caring, concerned leaders and citizens.
In 1835, Dr. James Pritchard coined the term "moral insanity" to describe this kind of mental illness where people afflicted were highly functional but had zero concern for others.
James Cowles Prichard (born February 11, 1786, Ross, Herefordshire, England—died December 23, 1848, London) was an English physician and ethnologist who was among the first to assign all the human races and ethnic groups to a single species. He was also responsible for the conception of moral insanity (psychopathic personality) as a distinct disease.
From what I understand, psychopaths are born, and sociopaths are made, both expressing a range of self-centered, malevolent behaviors. As Dr. Ramoni Durvasula teaches, all psychopaths are narcissists, but not all narcissists are psychopaths. Psychopaths suffer from psychopathy (sigh cop a thee), a born mental illness, officially labeled Anti-Social Personality Disorder, for which there is no cure. (There is not total agreement about this meek label applying to actual psychopaths.)
Dr. Ramani Durvasula is adept at explaining the differences between psychopaths, sociopaths, and narcissists. There is a lot of crossover, but there are distinctions too.
We have been taught, through movies and media, that psychopaths only exist as lone criminals abducting and murdering victims off the streets. We have also been taught that only people who were severely abused as children become psychopaths. But the fact is, psychopaths are born this way, and throughout our country's history, I believe there have been psychopathic leaders (both public and behind the scenes) with a callous disregard for the well-being of others, a willingness to do ANYTHING to reach their goals and the ability to lie, cheat, deceive, steal and kill, all while looking trustworthy, thoughtful and caring. (No one ever pretends to be a jerk.)
Since I am not an expert and I can't diagnose mental diseases, I refer to these people as Psychopathic Acting Leaders, or PALs because they do psychopathic things when they lead, they always pretend to be friends, and they take coordinated, malicious, behind-the-scenes, actions against their prey while cultivating upstanding personal appearances.
I don't know what word in the English language—I can't find one—that applies to people of that kind, who are willing to sacrifice the existence of organized human life, not in the distant future, so they can put a few more dollars in highly overstuffed pockets. The word "evil" doesn't begin to approach it.

The quote above indicates that one of the most brilliant intellectuals and linguistics professors ever, author of over 100 books, has apparently not found the word "psychopathy" and fully grasped that highly functioning psychopaths, sociopaths, narcissists (and their cultivated followers) act in coordinated, conspiratorial, "morally insane" ways to accomplish their sick, selfish, world domination goals and have been at it, for a long time. They form secret societies, they own the major media, they choose our presidents, they love monopolies and hate the free market, and they make horrible things happen through their "beyond evil" corrupting actions that no normal human being could even conceive of, much less do.
It is clear to me that the greatest threat to ordinary people throughout civilized history has been from superrich, ruthless thieves with a callous disregard for the suffering of others, who lie as a language, do anything to get ahead, maintain the utmost in appearances and are beyond devious in their manipulation of others. Because of the vast improvement of technology in the last 100 years, the tools available to the Power Elite, as Buckminster Fuller called them, or the High Cabal, as Winston Churchill called them, have improved exponentially, and they must think, these days, that their New World Order, or Great Reset, is finally within their grasps.
Great nations are simply the operating fronts of behind-the-scenes, vastly ambitious individuals who have become so effectively powerful because of their ability to remain invisible while operating behind the national scenery.

This psychopathic skill set is why they become so rich and why they act like "Masters of Mankind," as Adam Smith termed them in Wealth of Nations, living up to their credo, "All for me and nothing for other people." I believe this type of person makes up today's Global Power Elite that use their wealth, influence, and amorality to play the world's billions of people like a chessboard and mold the world into their own image while they profit wildly and spin tales of grand accomplishments and noble actions through their bought mainstream media.
Col. L. Fletcher Proudy, with 23 years in the military, much of it coordinating CIA and military activities, was one of the most articulate commentators on U.S. intelligence operations. He said this about the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
The Kennedy assassination has demonstrated that most of the major events of world significance are masterfully planned and orchestrated by an elite coterie of enormously powerful people who are not of one nation, one ethnic grouping, or one overridingly important business group. They are a power unto themselves for whom those others work. Neither is this power elite of recent origin. Its roots go deep into the past.

Psychopathic Acting Leaders (PALs) have used massive propaganda (usually including violence against babies) and fomented trigger events like the Maine explosion, the Lusitania sinking, the known-in-advance Pearl Harbor attack, the faked Maddox torpedo attack, the false flag 9-11 attack, to lead us into war; again and again and again. This is because war is an ultra-profitable racket where only a few at the top know it's about selling weapons, manipulating populations, stealing resources, and making huge interest on war loans to both sides, among other things. One of L. Fletcher Proudy's most revealing statements was that right after World War Two was over, in 1945, he spoke to the harbormaster in Okinawa, Japan, where huge amounts of American war materiel that had been stockpiled for the potential invasion of Japan were being loaded onto ships. He asked if those weapons and supplies were going back to America, and the harbormaster said no, part of the materiel was going to Korea, and the other part was going to Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam. The Korean and Vietnam wars were literally being seeded as soon as World War Two was ending.
Two-time Medal of Honor winner, Marine Corps Major General Smedley D. Butler, wrote a book, after retiring from his 33-year military career in 1931, called War is a Racket, where he said:
WAR is a racket. It always has been. It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, and surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people. Only a small "inside" group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the very many. Out of war, a few people make huge fortunes.

I spent 33 years and four months in active military service and during that period I spent most of my time as a high class muscle man for Big Business, for Wall Street and the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism. I helped make Mexico and especially Tampico safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefit of Wall Street. I helped purify Nicaragua for the International Banking House of Brown Brothers in 1902-1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for the American sugar interests in 1916. I helped make Honduras right for the American fruit companies in 1903. In China in 1927 I helped see to it that Standard Oil went on its way unmolested. Looking back on it, I might have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents.

On April 27, 1961, President John F. Kennedy gave a speech about secrecy being repugnant in a free and open society, and he identified a monolithic power structure housed in secret societies that he felt was enough of a threat to American democracy to talk about it in a speech to the America Press Corps. Here are some excerpts.
The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society, and we are, as a people, inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths, and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers that are cited to justify it.
Today, no war has been declared--and however fierce the struggle may be, it may never be declared in the traditional fashion. Our way of life is under attack. Those who make themselves our enemy are advancing around the globe. The survival of our friends is in danger. And yet no war has been declared, no borders have been crossed by marching troops, no missiles have been fired.
For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence--on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly-knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific, and political operations.
Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, and no secret is revealed. It conducts the Cold War, in short, with a war-time discipline no democracy would ever hope or wish to match.

It is easy to see the massive influence that Psychopathic Acting Leaders have had on America since our inception by the results that have been accomplished. The following bullet points share just a sampling of these conditions and results. It illustrates that the best defense these monsters of humanity have is being so vile that no one can believe that anyone would actually do that. And from the moment we are born, we learn over and over that America is the most exceptional country on the planet. I guess that is actually true, but not exactly in the ways we were all taught. We can do so much better than this.

We can't fix what we can't see, and perceiving the Psychopathic Acting Leaders (PALs) in the upper reaches of government, business, religion, and especially in the Global Power Elite will pave the way for doing something about it. This is how the future of humanity will be saved and allowed to fully thrive for the very first time.
At this moment, a relatively small group of stunningly wealthy and powerful psychopaths and sociopaths are working on the same dream that these monsters have always had... to rule the world, depopulate the earth, and make the masses bend to their will while they end up owning everything. They are well on their way to reaching these goals.
The mission of this website is to help normal, caring human beings learn about psychopathy so that Psychopathic Acting Leaders can be seen for who they are and stopped before they do more extreme damage. It is up to each person to use this presented information to stimulate their own research, share with others, and formulate a vision for a world not dominated by Psychopathic Acting Leaders.
As a positive example of the true nature and power of emotion-based caring human beings, I like to think about the 9-11 flotilla. After the attacks, nearly 500,000 people were moved from Manhattan to their neighborhoods around New York City in 9 hours, all by a self-organizing massive number of privately owned vessels doing what they saw needed to be done. This event is the perfect symbol of what human beings are capable of in terms of governing themselves to achieve a greater good for all without a ruling power elite being involved.
Ironically, there was very little Coast Guard participation aside from letting the flotilla happen; virtually all of the rescue vessels were privately owned and participated at their own expense and risk.

The unfortunate truth is the Global Power Elite, with their massive wealth and willingness to lie, cheat, steal, and kill to maintain their power, have all the tools in the world to keep The People at each other's throats and ineffective in bringing about meaningful change. In my view, the only tactic that will work is a massive, self-directed educational effort to bring the level of consciousness to billions of emotion-based people to "just say no" to criminal governance and realize we do not need them. And the very first, most important thing to fully digest about this Global Power Elite is that THEY HATE US!
